Our resident potter Jack Holt, brings his passion for teaching to The Studio.
Whether you're new to throwing clay or have the desire to build by hand, you'll enjoy the freedom to explore various pottery techniques and styles. Jack embraces a flexible learning approach tailored to your individual interests and goals. Whether you're drawn to functional pottery, sculptural forms, or experimental designs, this class supports your creative exploration.

You'll benefit from Jack's one on one attention as you work towards achieving your self-set goals. Ideas and inspiration thrive in this supportive environment.

Your pottery will be kiln fired twice. Pieces are fired to bisque, then painted/glazed and fired once again to achieve the finished state. Your pieces will be ready to bring home after the final firing. Expect to throw in your first two classes, trim in the third, and glaze in the fourth week. Your finished work will be ready to go home after its final firing.

Class fee includes all supplies; clay and glazes, use of tools and firing fees. We offer the option to purchase more clay through The Studio.

Adult Pottery Spring & Summer 2025; $220/4 week sessions.
Choose morning: 9am to noon, or evening: 6-9pm
