For kiddos ages 10-15. Construct your own art pieces in earthenware clay. You can build a skill set that enables you to design the shape, size and decoration of your imagining using traditional building methods. You’ll engineer your projects using earthenware clay and combining the pinch, coil, and slab methods.

Expect to hand build projects in the first classes, glaze in the last class, then return to pick up your finished pieces the following week.
Class fee includes all supplies; clay and glazes, use of tools and firing fees.

Instruction is with artist Megan Miltimore.

Handbuilding knowledge and technique mastery is a pre-requisite to wheel throwing. Students may advance to the wheel at the instructors discretion.
